When I called the office, Cathy was very pleasant and helpful. The owner Shane came out that day to give me a quote to replace my hot water heater and explained everything very well. During our recent heat wave, 8/23 & 8/24, my central AC unit was not cooling properly. I called them the afternoon of 8/24 and they had a technician at my home in about 90 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by that. Eric was professional, courteous, explained the problem to me very well and had the problem fixed quickly. I love this company and their staff. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs.

I wanted to acknowledge a great experience we had with Hansen Heating, Plumbing & air. An issue was called out on a home inspection that we needed to correct before the sale of our home could close. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to work us into their schedule. An appointment was booked. Bruce was our plumber. He arrived on site during the window of time provided. He called prior to his arrival to confirm we were ready. He explained everything he was going to do. He completed the work as he described. He cleaned up the area completely when the job was finished. We highly recommend Hansen and appreciate the work Bruce did for us in our home.

Hansen Plumbing was here on an emergency call today, 07/03/2023, for a bad ejector pump. The pump needed to be replaced which the techs were able to do immediately. Brad was also able to diagnose a hot water tank issue I was having, in addition to the ejector pump problem. I had been waiting for a call back from the original water tank installer, but no call came. Brad confirmed with Rheem my hot water tank and parts were still under warranty, he located a replacement tank and will be back on Wednesday to install the new tank. I am very happy with the work that was done, and with the expertise and professionalism of both techs. I was in the market for a new plumbing company and think I’ve found it!

We had water coming from under the toilet. Bruce pulled the toilet, installed a new wax ring and re-set the toilet then added a new braided stainless steel supply line. All work was done quickly and the work area was left spotless! As always, a job well done!

From the first phone call to arrange an appointment for a semi-annual HVAC maintenance, to the completion of the inspection, I have experience outstanding customer service with Hansen Heating and Plumbing. They are pleasant, honest, knowledgeable, professional and kind. Today was my second inspection with Hansen after being a long time customer of another company that sold it's business without informing any of their clients and having a very negative experience with the new company that purchase it. Today Bruce was the technician that did the inspection. He took the time to explain some very helpful information that will make my system run more efficiently and save on my heating/air conditioning bills. He respected my home and left everything in the condition he found it in. They have a fairly priced semi-annual maintenance plan which I subscribe to. My house is almost 16 years old, I am the original owner and I have only required minor repairs on my heater fan. Maintenance twice a year is vital to keeping things in working order and Hansen is very good at that. I have never felt any kind of "hard sell" to purchase any extras and when I inquired about some add ons to my system I was given the costs I requested with no push to purchase, just the facts about what those add ons would and would not be able to accomplish. Thank you for your honesty and thank you for making me feel comfortable allowing you into my home.

On New Year's Eve we returned from a vacation to find our boiler had died. It was 10pm, and we were unsure what to do. Our boiler is very old, and had a sticker in it that said Hansen installed it some 30 years ago. I decided to call them because of the sticker. The boiler repair guy, Mike, did an excellent job. As my wife took our kids to a hotel to warm up, Mike examined the boiler. He concluded he could not fix it until a few parts came (and it was a holiday weekend), but offered to give us a few space heaters from the shop to keep our heat safe while we waited. Over the next few days he kept in contact with us, and when the part came he got the boiler going quickly. He asked us to keep the heaters a few more days just in case, but they were no longer needed. Mike did excellent work and communicated well. We were very blessed by his work and kindness.

It did not matter how much we cleaned our home, we kept getting dust build up, low air flow, and our heating bill was nearly 80% higher than our neighbors, and our 4 year olds allergies and breathing have been terrible. We called multiple companies for a resolution for our issue and Hansen Heating & Plumbing gave us a great price and if you ask me we got more than what we paid for. Bruce Jensen and another service man, I believe his name was Craig, arrived on time (actually 10 min early) which is on time by my standards. Their greeting was extremely pleasant, and even used Covid protocols without asking our preferences. Bruce heard and addressed all our complaints with our HVAC system. Communication with us was spot on, always notified us prior to equipment usage. They were clean, professional, and empathetic to our needs. All we asked for was that our ducts be cleaned. WOW! They were a mess, and they did a amazing job. They pulled out all sorts of things, construction materials, childrens play toys and a stuffed animal!? Bruce also advised us about our filter use. I always buy the top of the line filters, when apparently is way too much for our system. We were literally causing blocking of air flow, and causing our system to keep running. They also pointed out issues they noticed with our toilet installation that has caused water damage, found a gas leak we were unaware of, provided us with the proper information to get us back on track with our home. They made sure everything was clean before they left and made sure to address all our needs. It has been just over a week since we had Bruce and Craig here, our air is cleaner, our sons breathing is better, and we received notification that our energy use has significantly dropped. I could not have had better service. Ill never use anyone else again! I hope this helps you make your choice! Hansen Heating & Plumbing is the only choice for your home, it is mine!

Who do you call when its 103 degrees out and your AC stops working? HANSEN HEATING AND PLUMBING! Kathy was extremely friendly on the phone and had Mike out ASAP! Our AC was fixed and we feel cool again!

We called after hours as our water heater was making this terrible loud noise. Mike was the person on call. He was very courteous and professional. He checked everything out and told us our motor is broke and even showed us what exactly was broke. He said he could go to the office to get a new one (it was getting late); we said we could wait until the next day. He shut the water heater off. The next day he was here to install the unit and apologized for not getting to us earlier in the day. We told him that we knew they were all busy and not to worry. Mike proceeded to take the old one out, and would you believe Brad and I believe it was Bruce who showed up. They came to help him out so the job would go quicker. Now that IS SERVICE! $70 first visit, $965 second visit (smart valve with 30 day warranty), less than 30 days came back with 2 guys, over a couple of hours, nothing. A couple weeks after the "30 day warranty", faulty smart valve that was $965, another $150 charged for what? Very bad customer service regarding the extra $150, they were already out within the 30 days, and were unable to figure it out. I shouldn't have been charged.

I called Hansen for my 94 year old dad when he had a leak in his master bath. The person who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She said that she would check to see who was available to help. She had Bruce call me and he came right over. Bruce was friendly and he got the job done at a fair price. Sump Pump and ejector pump went out and flooded our basement. Called Hansen to see if we could get someone to come out in the next day and they had us covered a few hours later. Bruce came in, very professional and was able to give us an estimate and replace our equipment within a few hours. thank goodness because that night it rained twice as much.

Had a great experience yesterday when they came out to inspect my sump pump. It wouldn't discharge from the well and I missed that the outside line was frozen preventing water flow to the drain. Other companies may have taken full advantage of this opportunity. I appreciate their honesty and advice on completing the installation. They'll be the first call the next time i need service.

We used Hansen Heating and Plumbing to replace our Water Heater and they did an amazing job. After getting ridiculous quotes from 2 other companies, they were the most honest and fair price! A week later we attempted to use a different company for our AC unit and that was a disaster. Hansen came out and got us all set with our AC unit as well! Fantastic company! Dealt with them twice now and i can’t say enough great things!! I’m pretty tuff on reviews, I don’t leave them unless it’s a 5 star. I’ve had 4 different guys to my home on 2 separate calls. Inside the house and outside I was very impressed with their courtesy, professionalism and timelessness. The owner was even at my gas line piping and got his hands dirty in a blink of an eye. Don’t call anyone else. They are your one stop shop!
